These terms govern your use of Lernhive, a product of NYRAI LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure. School owners are responsible for the members they invite and the data they manage.

Subscriptions & payments

Lernhive offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Tuition you collect from families is processed to your own connected Stripe account.

Acceptable use

Use Lernhive lawfully and only for managing your own school or tutoring business. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other organizations' data, or misuse the payment features.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Lernhive reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
