Lernhive is operated by NYRAI LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our approach is simple: we collect only what the product needs to work.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone), the school and class information you enter, payment records, and basic device information used to keep you signed in and to improve reliability. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your school: enrolling members, scheduling classes, creating invoices, sending payment and lesson reminders, and processing tuition payments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your school's data is isolated to your organization. Members only see what their role allows. We share data with service providers that make the product work — Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — under their respective terms.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account data. To request deletion or ask a question, contact us at [email protected].
